Imphal, March 3 -- Manipur Police arrested two individuals from Upper Kathikho Karong along NH-2 under Senapati-PS, Senapati District, for allegedly possessing 20 soap cases suspected to be brown sugar weighing 828 grams.
The two were identified as Bishwajit Hazarika and Irfan Hague.
