Imphal, May 16 -- The 82nd State Level Bankers Committee for Manipur was held on Friday under the chairmanship of the state Chief Secretary, PK Singh.
Recognising the importance and necessity to revive the economy of the State in the prevailing circumstances, the meeting was, for the first time, attended (virtually) by Nagaraju Maddirala, Secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS), Government of India. Vinay M Tonse, MD, State Bank of India (SBI), and Ashok Chandra, MD, Punjab National Bank (PNB), also attended virtually, in addition to other regional bank heads.
