Imphal, March 9 -- Manipur Chief Minister Y Khemchand, and other members of the Manipur Legislative Assembly including O Ibobi Singh, N Biren Singh, K Meghachandra , Kh Joykishan Singh, Dr S Ranjan, S Rajen, Khashum Vashum, Awangbow Newmai, paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
The members remembered the works of the former Prime Minister and other members and their contributions to the nation and the people of the country. The economic reforms, introduction of the Right to Information Act carried out under the leadership of Dr Manmohan Singh were remembered.
