Patna, Oct. 28 -- Senior Congress leader and chairman of media cell of the party, Pawan Khera, today said the manifesto of the Grand Alliance would help in bringing Bihar back on track of development and prosperity.
Interacting with the media after the Grand Alliance released its manifesto, Khera said that the alliance was the first among all political formations in Bihar to announce its Chief Ministerial candidate and also release its election manifesto.
"This reflected the seriousness of the Grand Alliance towards Bihar," he said, adding that the manifesto was drafted adopting a thoughtful process that involved consultations with all stakeholders.
