Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 14 -- The Mangaluru Central-Thiruvananthapuram Central Vande Bharat Express (20631/20632) has been upgraded to a 20-car rake, adding 312 more seats and enhancing passenger capacity.
With this upgrade, both Vande Bharat Express trains operating fully within Kerala are now running in the maximum 20-car configuration, according to a release.
The Thiruvananthapuram Division currently operates three Vande Bharat services, including the Nagercoil-MGR Chennai Central service, which was recently augmented to 20 cars.
