Lucknow, Oct. 26 -- A man was murdered late last night in the Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT) police station area of Lucknow.
The blood-soaked body of the victim, identified as Pradeep Gautam, was found near Mampur Bana village. He had been shot in the back, with additional bleeding observed from his nose and head. Several liquor pouches were recovered at the scene, leading police to suspect that an argument during a drinking session may have escalated into a fight, ultimately resulting in the fatal shooting, officials said today.
