Bhadohi (UP), Oct. 31 -- A murder accused was today sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment along with a fine of 20,000 rupees by a local court in Bhadohi district of Uttar Pradesh, prosecution sources said here.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Pravesh Tiwari said that on November 21, 2023, a written complaint was filed in Inargaon, Koirauna police station area, alleging the murder of Manish Singh (30), son of Banshraj Singh, with a sharp-edged weapon.
Bhullar Singh alias Suraj Bhan Singh (29), a resident of the same village, was named as the accused. Police registered a case under relevant sections, including murder and after investigation, submitted a charge sheet in the court.
