Morena, May 29 -- A drunk husband allegedly killed his wife with a sharp weapon over a minor dispute and later took his own life by consuming poison in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh, police said on Thursday. Police sources said Rambilash Kushwah (55), a resident of 'Leelhar Ka Poora' under Kailaras police station area, returned home late Wednesday night under the influence of alcohol and got into an argument with his wife, Saroj (50). The dispute escalated, and Rambilash attacked Saroj with a sickle and bricks, leaving her unconscious. Believing his wife was dead or seeing her condition, Rambilash consumed poisonous substance kept in their home, which rendered him unconscious as well.
