Mathura, Feb. 15 -- A shocking incident has sent waves of panic through Baghae Kateliya village under Nauhjheel police station limits in Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh. A 23-year-old man allegedly murdered his sister-in-law by slitting her throat with a sharp-edged weapon before attempting to take his own life.
According to police, the incident occurred around 8:30 am on Sunday following an argument between Deepak, son of Jwala Prasad, and his 20-year-old sister-in-law Karishma, wife of his elder brother Pramod. The dispute reportedly escalated quickly, after which Deepak attacked Karishma with a sharp weapon, killing her on the spot.
After the assault, Deepak allegedly used the same bloodstained weapon to slit his own throat in a suicid...
