Chandigarh, June 3 -- The Punjab Police on Tuesday arrested a person from Tarn Taran on the charges of spying for Pakistan and sharing sensitive information with Pakistan intelligence operatives and ISI about Operation Sindoor, police said.
DGP Gaurav Yadav said that action was taken on the basis of information received from the police's counter-intelligence wing.
Accused Gagandeep Singh alias Gagan allegedly had been in contact with the Pakistan ISI and Gopal Singh Chawla, sharing sensitive information concerning Army movements during Operation Sindhoor.
