Srinagar, Dec. 3 -- J&K Police on Wednesday arrested an alleged fraudster in Srinagar and recovered multiple ATM cards from his possession.
Police said they took cognizance of a written complaint from, the In-charge of the Centralized ATM Department of J&K Bank, Nazir Ahmed War of Palpora Pattan Baramulla , following which an FIR was registered at Police station Bemina under sections 303(2), 324(4), and 62 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ( BNS ).
Accordingly, Srinagar Police constituted a special trap team in collaboration with the ATM Department of J&K Bank.
