Fatehpur, Oct. 7 -- A 32-year-old man died from electrocution while attempting to plug in a mobile phone charger. In a tragic sequence of events, his parents also received severe electric shock while trying to save him.

Reports said the incident took place in Rahimapur Majra Michki village under Thariyaon police station area, early this morning when Dharmendra Yadav, the younger son of 60-year-old farmer Basudev Yadav, was plugging in his mobile phone charger. Due to a damaged wire, Dharmendra came into direct contact with electricity and began screaming in shock.
