Kozhikode, Jan. 20 -- A man died due to burn injuries after falling into a large pot of boiling payasam (kheer) at Chelari in Kerala's Malappuram district on Tuesday.
The deceased is identified as Ayyappan (50), Panikkottu, Chelari in Malappuram district.
Ayyappan fell into the cauldron of boiling payasam on Sunday while stirring the kheer in the pot.
