Hyderabad, April 4 -- The Secunderabad Railway Police registered a case against a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl on board a train and recording the incident on his cellphone.
According to police reports, the case was filed on Thursday based on a complaint lodged by the victim's father. The accused has been booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
