Lucknow, Sept. 12 -- A man from Bulandshahr fell seriously ill near the Chief Minister's residence in Lucknow this morning after reportedly consuming a toxic substance, police sources said.
The incident occurred near Lamartine Chauraha, 100 meters from the CM's official residence.
The man has been identified as Ajay Kumar, a resident of the Kotwali area in Bulandshahr district. According to officials, he arrived in Lucknow intending to seek help at the CM's Janata Darbar (public grievance forum). However, before he could reach the venue, he suddenly fell ill near Lamartine Chauraha.
