Darbhanga (Bihar), Aug. 29 -- A person identified as Rizvi alias Raja was arrested today for allegedly abusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the dais of Voter Adhikar Yatra in Darbhanga on Wednesday.
On the basis of a complaint lodged at Kotwali police station in Darbhanga, raids were conducted and Rizvi was arrested for his remark. A delegation of BJP leaders had lodged the complaint with Kotwali police station in Darbhanga, after a related video went viral, police added.
