Kolkata, Sept. 16 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today congratulated GM Vaishali Rameshbabu for winning the FIDE Grand Swiss tournament for the second time.
Vaishali (24) became the first player to win the elite event in the women's section for a second consecutive time and also earned herself a spot in the next year's Candidates Tournament.
