Kolkata, April 8 -- : West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who filed her nomination on Wednesday morning, declared in her affidavit that she owns no immovable assets and has around Rs 75,000 in cash in hand along with a little over Rs 12 lakh deposited in two bank accounts.
Banerjee submitted her nomination as the Trinamool Congress candidate from the Bhabanipur Assembly constituency.
Interestingly enough, her election affidavit shows that there is a dip in her total assets compared to five years ago.
On the financial front, she has declared cash in hand of Rs 75,700 and deposits of Rs 12,76,209 across two bank accounts, taking her total movable assets to Rs 15,37,509.
She has no house, vehicle, or any immovable property register...
