Kolkata, Oct. 15 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee once again lashed out at the Centre over the recent floods and landslides that have devastated parts of North Bengal.

Blaming the Centre for withholding key funds, the Chief Minister said, "Those who have lost their homes will receive money under the Banglar Bari scheme by December from our disaster management funds. The Centre has stopped releasing funds for the housing scheme, 100 days' work, rural roads, Sarva Shiksha Mission, and Jal Swapna. But we are still managing."Speaking at an administrative meeting in Darjeeling, Banerjee also expressed strong displeasure with the state's irrigation department, accusing it of inefficiency.
