Thane, Feb. 13 -- After the conclusion of local body elections in Maharashtra, Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) chief Eknath Shinde is reportedly planning a major reshuffle within the party organization as well as the state cabinet.

Senior party sources indicated on Friday that a comprehensive performance review has been conducted, and changes are expected at both organizational and ministerial levels.

In the Assembly elections, the Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) delivered a notable performance, achieving one of the best strike rates.
