New Delhi, Dec. 10 -- In the past two years, the government has undertaken various major counter-terrorism measures, focused on intelligence enhancement, inter-agency coordination, addressing emerging threats through online radicalization and encrypted digital platforms, along with strengthening of border security.

These steps have significantly strengthened the capacity of central and state law enforcement agencies for mitigation of terror risks.
