Shimla, Feb. 12 -- Himachal Pradesh continued to witness mainly dry and clear weather conditions during the past 24 hours, with no rainfall or snowfall reported anywhere in the state.

The Meteorological Centre, Shimla, said the realised weather remained dry and is likely to stay mainly clear and pleasant till February 12.

According to the IMD bulletin, there was no large change in minimum temperatures across most stations. Night temperatures remained normal or near normal at many places and were above normal by two to four degrees at isolated stations. However, sub-zero conditions persisted in the tribal belt. Tabo recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the state at minus 8.8 degrees, followed by Kukumseri at minus 8.3 degrees.
