Mumbai, Feb. 10 -- The final results of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections, held on 7 February 2026, were declared today, confirming a decisive performance by the ruling Mahayuti alliance comprising the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Shiv Sena led by Eknath Shinde and the Nationalist Congress Party faction earlier led by the late Ajit Pawar.

The elections covered 727 Zilla Parishad seats across 12 districts, with an overall voter turnout of around 68 per cent.
