Mumbai, April 2 -- A significant security concern has emerged at the Mantralaya in Mumbai, where nearly 10,000 entry cards issued through the 'DG App' have reportedly gone missing, exposing serious lapses in access control at the state's administrative headquarters.
The issue has posed a major operational challenge for authorities, particularly as a large number of visitors failed to return the cards after completing their work.
