Pune, Oct. 30 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today assured that the state will lead a revolution in the manufacturing sector through the use of advanced technology, making the state a major production hub.
Speaking after releasing a guiding report by NITI Aayog on opportunities in India's manufacturing sector, the CM said, "The NITI Aayog report highlights Maharashtra's pivotal role in the country's industrial growth, with Pune recognized as a key manufacturing center.""The report also recommends setting up the world's first Advanced Manufacturing Institute in India, specifically in Maharashtra, a proposal that the state government has readily accepted," Fadnavis announced.
