Mumbai, Aug. 9 -- The Maharashtra government has sanctioned approximately Rs 143.85 crore for procuring materials and equipment for new modular facilities at the District Hospital in Parbhani and its subordinate health institutions. This significant allocation for the 2025-26 financial year aims to boost healthcare infrastructure.
The funding will specifically equip newly operational modular Intensive Care Units (ICUs), labour rooms, and operation theaters across the district hospital and associated facilities. This upgrade is intended to enhance medical care and emergency treatment capabilities for patients in Parbhani and nearby areas.
