Pune, Sept. 30 -- The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Akhil Maharashtra Giryarohan Mahasangh (All Maharashtra Mountaineering Federation), the leading state-level organization in the field of mountaineering in Maharashtra, was successfully conducted here.
The meeting was attended by federation office-bearers as well as representatives of various mountaineering organizations.
Important discussions were held during the meeting for the overall development of the mountaineering sector in the state. Several initiatives were planned to promote mountaineering as an adventure sport, said release today.
