Mumbai, June 6 -- The Meteorological Department (IMD) released a detailed four-week weather forecast for Maharashtra, predicting mostly normal to above-average rainfall across the state from June 6 to July 3.

While most regions are expected to receive good rainfall, the Konkan area is likely to experience below-average precipitation during this period.

In the first week (June 6-12), Madhya Maharashtra is forecast to receive above-average rainfall in some areas, whereas Konkan and Vidarbha may see less than usual rain.
