Mumbai, Sept. 30 -- The Maharashtra government has deployed immediate relief and rescue teams across various flood-affected districts in the state.
The State Emergency Operation Centre is continuously monitoring dam discharges, river levels, and the overall flood situation based on estimates received from the Indian Meteorological Department and the National Remote Sensing Centre.
Weather forecasts are being provided to all districts through close coordination with relevant authorities.
Dam discharges and river levels are under watch in Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, Jalna, Beed, and Parbhani districts in collaboration with the Water Resources Department and the Godavari Irrigation Development Corporation.
