Mumbai, Oct. 13 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis dismissed the demand made by Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge to prohibit Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) activities within government premises.
Speaking to media persons, Fadnavis ridiculed the Congress party's stance, remarking, "Who listens to them?" He recalled that former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's attempt to ban the RSS had failed, forcing her to step down from power. The Chief Minister asserted that his government does not consider it necessary to even respond to such remarks.
