Gadchiroli, Oct. 15 -- Two brothers were killed in a tragic road accident on the Gadchiroli-Armori highway near Platinum Jubilee School, about one kilometre from Gadchiroli city today, police said .
The deceased were identified as Purushottam Baburao Barsagade (38) and Ankush Baburao Barsagade (32), both residents of Visapur Road, Gadchiroli.
According to police, the brothers were returning home after spraying pesticides on their paddy crop when a speeding truck hit their motorcycle near Platinum Jubilee School around 11:30 am. Both died on the spot.
A team from Gadchiroli Police Station reached the site soon after the incident. The truck driver, identified as Mahesh Manik Puri (32), a resident of Chandrapur, has been taken into custody....
