Mumbai, May 3 -- Nida Khan, prime accused in the alleged sexual harassment and religious coercion case at Tata Consultancy Services' (TCS) Nashik BPO, will move Bombay high court against the Nashik court's order challenging the rejection of her bail plea by the sessions court, a lawyer from her defence team said here today.

Lawyers said that they have applied for a certified copy of the order and once they will get it they will approach the high court for a bail .

Nida Khan remains the only accused yet to be arrested; her bail plea was rejected by Additional Sessions Judge K G Joshi of Nasik Sessions court on May 2.
