Ahilyanagar, Oct. 24 -- Prakash Ambedkar, President of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA), has demanded the invocation of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) in the case of a brutal caste-based assault on a 22-year-old youth from the Matang community in Ahilyanagar district.
In a social media statement, Ambedkar described the attack as "inhuman and shocking." He alleged that some of the accused were affiliated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
