Beed, March 7 -- The political atmosphere in the district heated up once again over the murder case of Mahadev Munde from Parli, with Rajabhau Phad, a leader of the faction of the Nationalist Congress Party led by Sharad Pawar, today making serious allegations against former Maharashtra minister Dhananjay Munde in connection with the case.
Phad alleged that the murder of Mahadev Munde, a small businessman from Parli, was carried out at the behest of Dhananjay Munde. He also claimed that the ex-minister's name surfaced during brain-mapping and narco-tests conducted on certain suspects by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) recently.
