Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, March 9 -- Maharashtra and District Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsat said on Sunday that his focus will be on making the State Reserve Police Force more capable by providing substantial funds for its development.
Speaking at the anniversary celebration of State Reserve Police Force Group No 14 here, he said that substantial provision will be made from the District Planning Committee funds to provide updated equipment to the SRPF.
The minister lauded the SRPF officers and personnel for having done a proud job of maintaining law and order in the city during emergencies.
He also appreciated the Force's contribution during the corona pandemic.
