Mumbai, March 15 -- Expressing concern over uneven distribution of benefits of reservation for OBCs, Hemant Patil, OBC leader and India Against Corruption national president, on Saturday demanded to table the Rohini Commission report in the Lok Sabha.
He said the Rohini Commission was established by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to bring the majority of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in the country, especially the exploited, victimised, deprived and marginalised people of this category, into the mainstream.
Stating that the report of the Commission is very important for the development of OBCs, he said the recommendations in the report should be presented in the second phase of the budget session of parliament.
