Palghar, Sept. 19 -- In a move aimed at providing significant relief to commuters, the Palghar District Administration has imposed a ban on the movement of heavy vehicles with ten or more wheels on the Thane-Ghodbunder Road.
The ban is effective from September 18 to October 2 and will be enforced daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
This directive specifically targets heavy vehicles travelling from Gujarat towards Thane. These vehicles will be prohibited from entering the Chincholi checkpoint during the restricted hours.
