Kolhapur, March 11 -- The Bombay High Court on Tuesday directed a court in Kolhapur to take a right decision on cancellation of interim bail given to self-styled journalist Prashant Kortakar, who had allegedly threatened historian Indrajeet Sawant over his comments in a TV debate on Hindi film 'Chhaava' based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
Notably, Koratkar had called history researcher Indrajeet Sawant twice and had threatened him for allegedly spreading hatred against the Brahmin community while participating in a debate on Hindi film Chhaava and had also made an objectionable statement against Chhatrapatii Shivaji Maharaj and his son Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
