Mumbai, March 5 -- Terming incident of alleged assault on Kailas Borade, a youth from Dhangar community, in Bhokardan of Jalna district as 'unfortunate' and 'a disgrace to humanity', Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced in the Maharashtra Legislative Council on Wednesday that he will discuss issue with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and ask him to impose stringent MCOCA on the perpetrators.
He made this announcement when issue of assault on Borade at Bhokardan was raised in the upper house by member Shashikant Shinde.
