Mumbai, March 17 -- The family of late Dr Asha Goel on Monday wrote a letter to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis seeking his intervention to the long-delayed trial.

Dr Asha Goel, an obstetrician and gynaecologist, was brutally killed on August 22, 2003, while visiting Mumbai.

Her daughter, Rashmi Goel, has written an urgent letter to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, seeking his intervention to the long-delayed trial, said a release here.
