Mumbai, April 29 -- Consuls General and honorary Consuls from more than 70 countries joined Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan in paying homage to the victims of the terrorist attack at Pahalgam in Jammu & Kashmir by observing a one-minute silence in function arranged for the diplomatic fraternity of Mumbai at Raj Bhavan here on Tuesday.
Ahead of the Maharashtra State Foundation Day, Governor Radhakrishnan presided over a reception for the diplomatic fraternity of Mumbai.
Governor Radhakrishnan and Cultural Minister Jaykumar Rawal then personally met and greeted all the Consuls and Honorary Consuls.
