Mumbai, April 29 -- Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Tuesday reviewed preparations for the World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit (Waves), which will be held at the Jio World Centre, Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai from May 1 to 4.
He described this conference like 'Davos' for investment in entertainment sector at the global level.
He said that this conference is being realised due to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"It is a matter of pride that the Maharashtra government has got opportunity to host this programme and it is being organised under the leadership of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis," said Shinde.
