Mumbai, Nov. 17 -- Police have seized a large quantity of illegal weapons during a raid at a residential building in Dombivli East in the adjoining Thane district. An official said on Monday that an innkeeper identified as Roshan Jha has been arrested in this connection.
The operation was carried out on Sunday night at Gokuldham Tower by the Kalyan Crime Branch following specific intelligence inputs regarding illegal arms activity. Kalyan and Dombivli are adjacent suburbs governed by a common municipal corporation.
