Mumbai, May 10 -- The Maharashtra unit of the Indian National Congress paid tributes to Subhash Chandra Bose on the occasion of Subhash Divas today, emphasing on the historical relationship between Bose and India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
In a series of posts shared on social media platform X, reference was made to the observance of May 10 as "Subhash Divas" in honour of Netaji's contribution and commitment towards India's freedom struggle.
The Maharashtra Congress stated that the day was intended to recognise Bose's dedication to the cause of independence and his deep attachment to the country.
