Ahilyanagar, May 6 -- The entire Maharashtra Cabinet, headed by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, arrived at Choundi of the district, visited the memorial of Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar and paid homage to her on Tuesday.
Legislative Council Chairman Prof Ram Shinde, District Guardian Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil, the 16th descendant of the Holkar dynasty Yuvraj Yashwantrao Holkar, chairman of the Ahilyadevi Holkar Memorial Committee Annasaheb Dange and other cabinet members were present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar also visited the Mahadev temple located within the memorial premises and offered prayers.
