Akola, May 3 -- A major boost to regional rail connectivity will be marked by the formal inauguration of Train No. 17429/17430 Tirupati-Akola-Tirupati Weekly Express, which will link key regions including Vidarbha, Marathwada, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh while connecting prominent pilgrimage centres such as Aundha Nagnath, Nanded and Tirupati.
The flag-off ceremony is scheduled to take place at Akola railway station at 8 am on Sunday, May 3.
The inaugural flag-off will be conducted by Member of Parliament Anup Dhotre.
