Mumbai, July 3 -- Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar today said in the Maharashtra Legislative Council that a uniform policy for PhD students regarding the number of students, general scholarships, foreign scholarships and admission procedures is being planned for academic institutes and shortly it will be introduced in the state.
