Mumbai, Nov. 8 -- On the occasion of the 150th commemoration of 'Vande Mataram', a collective singing of the full version of the national song was held at Maharashtra Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Friday .
Deputy Secretary to the Governor S. Ramamoorthy, Comptroller of the Governor's Households Dr Nishikant Deshpande, ADC to the Governor Abhyasinha Deshmukh and officers and staff of Raj Bhavan sang the full version of 'Vande Mataram'. Police Officers and police personnel posted in Raj Bhavan also joined the choral rendition of Vande Mataram, paying homage to the spirit of national pride and unity.
