Maha Raj Bhavan pays tributes to former President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam on his birth anniversary

Mumbai, Oct. 16 -- Floral tributes were offered to the portrait of former President of India Bharat Ratna Dr A P J Abdul Kalam on the occasion of his birth anniversary at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai today.

Deputy Secretary to the Governor S. Ramamoorthy offered floral tribute to the portrait of former President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam on the occasion.

Senior officers and staff of Raj Bhavan were present.The birth anniversary is also celebrated as 'Vachan Prerana Diwas' in Maharashtra to promote the culture of reading.
