Pune, Oct. 18 -- Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil today instructed officials to prepare a comprehensive road development plan and ensure the construction of high-quality roads ahead of the upcoming international-level cycling competition to be held in Pune.
Speaking at a meeting held at tge district collector's office here, he said that development projects in the city should be completed quickly, with priority being given to filling potholes in city's roads caused by the monsoon.
